Three new Gauntlets, a rescue world off the Norwegian coast, and Endless on the ground. The biggest content update since The Watch.
Gauntlet: Heathrow
Ten rungs on the busiest two runways in Europe, built around the night bank on both parallels. Every rung is about flow, and the flow never stops.
Gauntlet: Manchester
Two close parallels, staggered, built from the real AIP. One runway lands while the other launches, and the examiner watches the gap. Manchester arrives as a full airport too.
North Sea Watch
The first rescue Gauntlet. Stavanger Sola, the Johan Sverdrup platform 99 miles offshore at its true position, twelve rungs: cooperative searches with several helicopters, search patterns over a drifting datum, a state aircraft on station, the rig deck closing as the weather turns, and a night finale in sea state six. Two new commands come with it, Search Pattern and On Station.
Ground Endless
Vancouver, Solberg and Scottsdale get an endless ground shift: no finish line, arrivals that build and ease, and a personal best per airport.
Rotors and weather
Helicopters spin their rotors on the radar, and a weather marker on the data tag shows which aircraft are dodging a storm.
Also in 3.3
- Fair scoring: an arrival beside a departure climbing off the parallel is no longer scored as a mid-air.
- The Gauntlet's out-of-plays message now offers the base game instead of a dead end.
- More of the game reads in German, Spanish, French and Italian.
